A Week to Try and Buy

These are the steps to help you test Yota for free.

  1. Buy one of our devices that participates in the program. Chose between a USB modem, an Express card, router or Yota Egg, each device perfect for a particular goal. Visit our internet store, one of the Yota’s mini shops, or the Sales and customer care center to acquire the device of your choice. You can find them in the following chain stores as well: “Euroset”, “Teleforum”, “ION”, “KEY”, “Svyaznoy”, “Bely Veter TSIFROVOY”, “Ultra”, “Kompyutreny mir”.

    Important! If you are buying the device from one of our partners’ stores, confirm with the dealer that the program applies to the device picked.

  2. Please, keep the original packaging, the warranty certificate and the receipt.
  3. Test the 4G device by connecting to Yota internet at the place you want to use it from, for example, at home or in office.
  4. Don’t pay for the service or activate the device in your selfcare.
  5. Simply install the Yota Access software on your computer.

  7. Also you can test the network by www.yota.ru site surfing, listening for the music on Yota Music service (provided for free, registration needed), or by watching Pale Horses by Moby on the following video.

  9. One more way to try Yota is to pay for a few days instead of the month, using the Yota Day service plan. This way you can test the network by surfing websites you need. This case requires the activation of the device in Selfcare.
  10. If you are not satisfied by the service, you can return the device to the store where it has been originally purchased. Don’t forget to bring the warranty certificate and the receipt with you. The device should be returned in the complete original package (including user’s guide, operation manual, etc, excluding the subscription card) in marketable condition i.e. as it looked on the day of purchase.

Important!

  • If you have made a payment using the connection card number, it shouldn’t be returned!
  • Only the receipt and the subscription card can confirm your payment!
  • To return unused money paid for the service, you should submit a written request via Sales and customer care center. The payment for the days that the service was provided will be retained.
