Yota applications make communications and work easy and effective. They are constantly being developed, tuned, upgraded and a frequent update brings the user the best innovations in the field of communication.

All of the applications are easily managed through the program Yota Center. It loads the fresh updates to the handset from the server.

Yota guarantees the correct work of Yota services only for devices that have the latest official ROM version. Please check ROM version of your HTC MAX 4G and upgrade it if necessary to version 1.32.411.13.

Yota Internet

Yota Internet is a high speed wireless access to the web from the HTC MAX 4G. Mobile WiMAX technology enables you to surf the web with a speed of up to 10 Mbit/s in the coverage area. While outside Yota you can also be online with HTC MAX 4G, using Wi-Fi or GPRS/EDGE. Switch on any available communication option to get internet on your mobile.

Opera Mobile™ (web-browser, optimized for mobile phones) is installed in HTC MAX 4G for speedy and comfortable web surfing. This browser supports bookmarks and surfing history. Touch the screen to turn the web-page and scale it for better viewing or turn HTC MAX 4G to change page’s orientation. Touchscreen with 3,8 inches diagonal (800×480 points) provides convenient navigation on any web resource. Internet Explorer® Mobile is an alternative browser, available on HTC MAX 4G.

HTC MAX 4G allows you to get e-mails of almost any Mail Service: Gmail®, Yahoo!®, Mail Plus, AOL® and others, as well as Microsoft Outlook messages, synchronized with the computer or Exchange Server. Such programs as Google maps™, RSS Hub, YouTube™ and unique Yota applications(Yota Music, Yota Video and Yota ТV) are preinstalled on HTC MAX 4G. Tune HTC MAX 4G to your needs — just install any program for Windows Mobile device, for example, ICQ or Skype.

HTC MAX 4G can also be used as Mobile WiMAX-modem. Plug it into computer or notebook and explore the web.

Yota Center

The program allows a quick start of all of the standard applications as well as the programs that the user has installed. It also forms a catalog of programs available for installation, helping the user to select and quickly install the programs that are needed. The Center checks for and informs the user about the updates available for the programs that are installed.

Yota Phone

Yota Phone makes the management and use of the contacts effortless, it allows making the calls and receiving them using the same interface, optimized for easy use with the touch screen.

  • Searching for a contact has never been this easy: the program analyzes the input in English and Russian transcriptions simultaneously, proposing choices disregarding the language in which they have been written down in. “Иванов” and “Ivanov” are the same search goal for the program as well as it’s user.
  • Autodial function.
  • A check for online status of the contact.
