Yota services settlement procedure

When paying for Yota services, please observe two simple rules:

Before the first day of a new month it is required to replenish Yota account so as to have a sum of money (relevant to selected service plan for each device or more) sufficient to pay for the coming month. On the first day of the new month the subscription fee will be fully deducted for the new month of Yota service provisioning.

Your current personal account information is available in SelfCare.

Please note that access to SelfCare and yota.ru is open for all WiMAX devices including new devices and the suspended ones.

You can replenish your account several times with different sums of money in different ways. The most important is to have a sufficient sum of money by the beginning of the month to pay monthly subscription fee for all devices.

You can as well credit your account with a sum greater than the subscription fee. The surplus will remain on the account.

If prior to the first day of the month you failed to credit your account with enough sum of money, you still will have access to free Yota services, though the paid ones will be suspended until the account is replenished. Note that you required paying for the remaining days only!

The required sum is calculated under the following formula:

Sum to be paid = X×n×(Z/Y) + X1×n1×(Z/Y).

Once the required sum has been credited, all services within your service plan will be available till the end of the current month. It will be enough to turn off and then back on the device itself or click “Turn off” and “Turn on” in Yota Access software.

If you did not manage to pay the sufficient sum before the first day of the month, but the remainder of balance is still positive, you will be able to continue using paid services in the preceding month when money funds on your account will be enough to pay for the remaining days of the month.

If there are several access devices activated in your SelfCare (i.e. a modem and HTC MAX 4G phone), you are required to credit your account before the first day of the month with the sum sufficient to pay for all devices (for example, 1400 rubles for activation of 1 modem and 1 phone). If there is no such sum on the account and you took no action, access of the both devices will be forbidden. There for it is required ether to replenish the account to have the necessary sum or to deactivate several devices in the SelfCare.

Deactivating devices in the SelfCare

Devices deactivation in the SelfCare can be used as money saving tool. IF you do not require Yota services in the current month, before the first day of the coming month you can deactivate the device in the SelfCare on your own. In this case the monthly fee will not be deducted.

To continue using services, please activate the device in the SelfCare.

Refunding

If for some reasons you can no longer use Yota services, Yota will return you the money left on the account after deduction of the last monthly fee. For that, please, cancel the services contract in Yota’s Sales and customer service center.

If you do not cancel the contract, money will be kept on your account.

If you do not cancel your contract, but the personal account is not being replenished, the registered device will be deactivated in 6 months.
