Ways to replenish a personal account

Yota subscriptions are paid in advance, so you need to replenish account before the beginning of the upcoming month.

Deposit your subscription fees before the first day of the month, and your access in the upcoming month will be renewed automatically.

The amount you have to pay will depend on the number and type of connected devices and their respective subscription plans.

To put money on your Yota account, you can choose the method most convenient to you: use the closest ATM, payment terminal or a pay office, pay with electronic money, use your credit card to pay online, use internet banking, pay through SMS, use the electronic currency exchange office, etc.

To replenish your personal account see it’s number on the SelfCare page or use the mobile phone number that you specified during registration, using the following format: 7**********. 1

After you have paid, you will receive an SMS notification of payment on this registered phone. You can check the balance of your account on your SelfCare page.

Instant payment terminals

This is a very easy way to pay for your Yota subscription. Look for a Yota Logo on the screen of the terminal in the payment sections «Internet», «Television» or «IP telephony». Enter your account number or the phone number and deposit the required amount on your personal account.

ATMs

Clients of our partner banks, who have enabled this service, can pay for their Yota subscriptions via their bank’s ATMs. All you need to do is enter your PIN code and follow the instructions on the screen of the ATM.

Paying at the pay office

Find your nearest store or mobile outlet to pay the necessary fees using your personal account number or the phone number you entered on your SelfCare page.

Sales and Customer Service Centers

You can pay for your Yota subscription via special terminals available at our own Sales and Customer Service Centers.

Electronic money

Yota deals with various electronic payment systems operating in Russia: Yandex.Money, Webmoney, RBK Money, MoneyMail, WebCreds etc. If you want to make use of an electronic payment system, you need to open an account in one of them. After that, you can instantly pay for our products and services without leaving your home.

Bank cards

You can replenish your personal account, using a bank card. Bank cards payments are made via Chronopay company service. We accept the following credit cards: VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide, DINERS CLUB International, JCB International.

Internet banking

Clients of our partner banks can use internet banking to transfer money to their Yota accounts. On your bank’s website, log on to the internet banking service. In «Payments» section find Yota in your recipient list, and transfer the required amount to your Yota’s account number, or the phone number specified at registration.

Payment via SMS

Beeline subscribers can pay for Yota services using a simple and convenient method: via SMS. Send a message to a special number or make a payment through the payment form on Mobi.Dengi site. The money will be transferred from your mobile phone account. The funds are credited online, and the commission fee is 2.5%.

Other payment methods

Yota works with a number of internet payment services. On their websites you can pay for Yota services using e-money, SMS or a bank card.

For legal entities

Legal entities pay via bank transfer in accordance with the terms set forth in their contracts.

1 Please note that you can pay for Yota services using the number of your connection card, which is provided with your device. Even if you have not connected your device yet, you can still pay using the card number. In this case your payment will be automatically credited to your personal account when you login on Yota website.
